Removing the "HEADPHONE" JACK is that a BIG Deal?

"HEADPHONE JACK" always been with us since the time of NOKIA phone's, Whenever we wanted to listen to music just insert the earphones into it and all's fine. But now we're near the end of 2017 and in this year we've seen quite a few devices without our precious HEADPHONE JACK! But the headphone jack — or lack thereof — has become a point of contention for many people since Motorola removed it from its flagship Moto Z in mid-2016. The conversation got even louder when Apple did the same later in the year, and we have devices like the HTC U 11, undoubtedly one of the GOOD phone of the year, and the Moto Z2 Force, that maintain the trend of not keeping the headphone jack. The Mobile industry thinks that if we remove the headphone jack we will give birth to the new era of going completely wireless. Apple is truly committed to remove the headphone jack, they firstly removed the headphone jack on their last year's flagship iPhone 7 & 7 Plus but this year they carried on with their rituals of removing the JACK again on their new iPhones 8 & 8 Plus and guess what ? They removed their trademark Home Button on their ultra flagship smartphone The iPhone X ! Which was kinda in controversies since it's launch! But we all know when apple will create a trend then all other companies will follow them too. But companies like One Plus is truly committed as of now to be attach to the headphone jack cause they believe it is one of our need or our necessity.
Even if we use wireless Bluetooth headphones it won't sound as good as the wired one's..even though the companies provide 3.5mm jack to USB C adaptor but there's a catch, if a apple users looses that cable or that adaptor he'll need to pay a bit more for that cable and it's actually annoying to carry that adaptor wherever you go and there are not a lot of options in headphones with that USB-C port. Do you feel is it necessary to remove our precious HEADPHONE JACK?  To feel modern? Is it a big deal? What do you think? Is the lack of a headphone jack a dealbreaker for you when deciding on a new phone, or is it no big deal?.
